The service of Temp Mail is the one I use most. It is simple and does what you need it for! Simply use any address you want or use the random one they provide to you and off it goes. Need to use it again? Switch back to it again!
The negative side is that anybody who knows the address could read your mails. So you might loose accounts if somebody changes the login, because they might change everything on it because the could confirm the mail coming to the service. But for the rest… No need to sign up, fast and it never let me down in the past!
One other positive fact: They even have apps you can use on the go. I never had a need for so I have not yet tested those but if you have you could leave a comment.
